These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Inner-G Agency’s services, products, content, and website. By engaging with The Inner-G Agency or purchasing any services, you agree to the following terms in full.

SERVICES OFFERED

The Inner-G Agency provides premium one-on-one life and business guidance. Services include (but are not limited to):

• Strategic Consulting Sessions

• Mindset Pep Talks

• VIP Days

• Custom Roadmaps

• Spiritual Alignment Tools

• Long-Term Mentorship

• Business Audits

• In-person Intensives & Retreats

The nature, duration, and details of each offer are outlined on the corresponding service page or proposal at time of booking.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All sessions must be booked through the provided scheduling platform or custom link.

• Payment is required upfront unless a written payment plan agreement has been signed.

• Payment plans must be adhered to. Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.

• Payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Klarna, AfterPay or any approved platform listed.

• By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice via email or the booking system.

• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• For longer-term programs, breaks must be pre-approved and discussed. Frequent rescheduling may result in termination of services.

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Inner-G Agency offers non-refundable services and products, including digital content, consulting sessions, and custom strategy work. No refunds will be issued due to client dissatisfaction or failure to implement guidance.

CLIENT CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to:

• Show up with integrity, honesty, and commitment to their growth.

• Maintain mutual respect, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Complete any required follow-up work or reflection exercises.

• Understand that results require action and alignment.

The Inner-G Agency reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client becomes disrespectful, disruptive, or violates boundaries.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, frameworks, tools, and resources shared through The Inner-G Agency (including but not limited to The Inner-G Alignment Method™, workbooks, presentations, documents, and recordings) are the exclusive intellectual property of Da’ryl Victoria Kirkland and The Inner-G Agency.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, copy, teach, resell, or repurpose any materials without written permission. This includes usage in your own brand or business.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All private sessions and communication are strictly confidential unless required by law or if there is risk of harm. Client stories and testimonials will only be shared with express written consent.

DISCLAIMER

The Inner-G Agency does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Services are designed for informational, spiritual, and strategic support. Individual results vary based on personal implementation and commitment.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions and results.

TESTIMONIALS & MEDIA RELEASE

By agreeing to work with The Inner-G Agency, you may be asked to submit a testimonial. If granted, you allow The Inner-G Agency to use your words, likeness, and story for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

MODIFICATIONS

The Inner-G Agency may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be shared with current clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
